Le Bab’s Restaurant Cooperative delivery scheme

Aimed to help front and back of house staff, Le Bab will open their kitchens temporary to offer some extra financial relief to chefs and waiters who have lost jobs and income.

Chefs of the recently closed restaurants will be given full access to the kitchens to prepare low cost, delicious ready meals, which can then be couriered by waiters as part of a delivery service, keeping 100% of the profits.

Zia Lucia

Independent pizza purveyors Zia Lucia will continue delivering Londoners their delectable selection of 48-hour slow-fermented dough. Zia Lucia will be operating out of each of it’s restaurants via Deliveroo in Aldgate East, Hammersmith, Islington and Boxpark Wembley.

Zia Lucia are priced at £7-£12 and feature fresh, classic Italian toppings, signature Arianna and Andrea Pirlo pizzas, and are available on all four types of dough including traditional white flour, wholemeal, gluten free and vegetable charcoal black base.

Burger & Beyond

Burger favourites, Burger & Beyond, have launched a brand new burger just at a time “when everyone can do with some cheering up!” The BADDIE features signature dry aged beef patty, blue cheese, green peppercorn sauce, crispy shallots and green leaves (£12.50) and can be ordered on Uber Eats, Deliveroo or call the Shoreditch restaurant direct to collect.

Macellaio RC launches ‘Bravo!’ Delivery service

The renowned Italian steak group has launched ’Bravo!’, a delivery service that delivers your favourite Macellaio (& Ardiciocca) dishes to your door. Stringent quality control ensures freshly prepared food on-site is packaged safely and to utmost quality whether it is dry ageing organic Fassona beef, or handmade pasta dishes and bakery items. You can pre-book or order by calling your nearest Macellaio RC brand – alternatively find the restaurant on Deliveroo.

The Athenian to your door

For those looking for a feast of Greek fare delivered straight to their door, The Athenian provides a delicious alternative to the traditional takeaway.

Their famous souvlaki and gyros, along with a mouthwatering range of sides, salads and dips, are all available for home delivery via Deliveroo and their very first Deliveroo Editions kitchen.

The Farmer’s Mistress – Sunday roasts for SW11

The Independent eater in Battersea have launched a Sunday roast delivery service for those within SW11. For collection or home delivery, the Sunday menu includes dry aged beef rump with gravy or the vegetarian roasted onion, pepper and nut roast both served with herb roasted potatoes, braised red cabbage, carrots and maple glazed parsnips, cauliflower cheese and Yorkshire pudding.

A bottle of house red, white or rose can also be added to your order. A 3 course meal and bottle of wine is priced at £60, with 10% of all proceeds donated to Hospitality Action. All dishes are served cold with a recipe card on how to re-heat. See more on their site here.
