Skylight Rooftop at Tobacco Dock is launching its first ever brunch menu!

Skylight Rooftop at Tobacco Dock returned in early May for its summer season.

Famous for its panoramic and uninterrupted views across the city’s skyline and unique urban lawn games and bar offering, the expansive rooftop venue has some exciting news to announce.

This June, Skylight is launching its first ever brunch menu – where better than a sun-filled garden booth to indulge in a loaded brunch pitta or a build-your-own breakfast burger??

Food comes from greek street food pioneers YIRO and burger-lovers Flipside.  Brunch is available from 12 – 2.30pm on Saturdays and Sunday and will run alongside exciting boozy offerings, including half price Bloody Mary jugs and half price Prosecco.

YIRO, Inspired by their travels to District VII – the Jewish quarter of Budapest Central, have designed a menu that reflects the light and free feeling of the district whilst combining flavours from their Greek roots.

Combining great produce and a fondness and respect for the cuisine, the brunch menu, which sources sausages and halloumi from Greece, has been created to provide a wholesome and unique brunch experience.

Examples from the menu include, Crisp half pitta topped with Meat £8 – Greek sausages, balsamic mushrooms, tzatziki, fresh spinach, tomato and feta/pomegranate salad, fried egg, with a tahini sauce and fresh chilli, and there’s Vegetarian or Vegan options.

Flip Side are taking a classic, the breakfast burger and adding a DIY twist. Visitors to Skylight will be able to choose from a selection of indulgent fillings, to create their very own breakfast burger – the perfect way to start the day. All fillings are added into an English breakfast muffin.

Dig into a single William rose beef patty, double William rose beef patty, streaky bacon, William Rose sausage, hash brown or a fried egg.
