They use local, free-range and organic ingredients wherever possible, like meat from Macken Brothers in Chiswick, fish from Daily Fish in Camden and fresh produce from Solstice in Covent Garden.
Dishes on the menu include butternut squash risotto with burrata, amoretti biscuit, pine nut, sage, a sirloin steak, pink fir potatoes, purple sprouting, malted shiitakes, smoked anchovy butter. Plus Roasted guinea fowl with king cabbage, trompettes, pear, chestnut and winter truffle.
If you’re looking to drink on, there’s also the Clarendon Cocktail Cellar, mixing hand crafted, art inspired cocktails in an old pub cellar below The Cambridge Street Kitchen.
It’s become a popular spot in locals not just occupants, so it may be worth booking your dinner in advance.
A top tip is to try to reserve a table on the “pass”, where you’ll get a a front-row view of the chefs at work, cooking dinner.
