A new immersive dining series based on the nations favourite novels is coming to London!
Plateau launches Supper Tales, an immersive dining experience inspired by our favourite novels.
Plateau launches Supper Tales on Thursday 7th March,World Book Day, kicking things off with an evening of food and drink inspired by The Great Gatsby followed by Willy Wonka and The Chocolate Factory on Tuesday 16th April and Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone on Thursday 23rd May.
Enter Jay Gatsby’s extravagant world and re-live the roaring twenties with Champagne and canapés of smoked salmon and caviar on toast, duck liver pate and oysters on arrival. Surrounded by decadent interiors and music from the jazz era, expect a chic and stylish evening with a starter of tender warm new season asparagus with Hollandaise sauce followed by Forster’s mouth watering herb-crusted lamb rack with artichokes and rosemary-infused sauce.
Inspired by the decadent afternoon tea laid on to woo Daisy Buchanan, be tempted with a delicious caramelised lemon tart with Champagne poached rhubarb to finish.
Using the words of F. Scott Fitzgerald, spend a night “among the whispering and the Champagne and the stars” as Plateau’s Supper Tales offers something unique to London’s dining scene. The next in the series will see Willy Wonka and The Chocolate Factory just in time for Easter on Tuesday 16th April and Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone on Thursday 23rd May.
