Cheese lovers of London prepare for a fromage filled feast!

A weekend dedicated to dairy is coming to London’s first ever Cheese Town!

Running from Thursday 30th November – Saturday 2nd December 2017 visiting residents of Cheese Town can expect to journey to a rooftop quite literally good enough to eat!

Some of the UK’s most popular cheese mongers, makers and street food vendors come together to takeover south London’s most popular rooftop destination.

Those who climb the stairs to the now heated and covered festive themed rooftop in the heart of Brixton, will be greeted by the delicious smells of baked brie and melting mozzarella, as London street food sensations cook up a cheese feast in the cosy, winter saloon themed pop up.

Guests will be able to enjoy plenty of molten cheese specialties throughout the weekend as resident food traders Mac to the Future launch their new Camembert Mac, a Mac ‘n’ Cheese dish served within an entire Baked Camembert.

Lamb specialists, The Lambassadors will be serving up a specially created Lamb Cheese Burger, alongside Fancy Funkin Chicken’s Cheesy Topped Chicken Wings. Cheese Town welcomes a special visitor, Alpine artisans The Raclette Brothers to the rooftop, bringing with them the finest French-Canadian treats to the streets of Cheese Town.

Throughout the weekend, Cheese Town will host Cheese Stretch Classes by Mac to the Future, everyone is invited to a program of talks and demonstrations, with plenty of tasters to go around.
