BOB’s Lobster Wine Bar & Kitchen is opening up in the new London Bridge station

The new London Bridge station has plenty of space for new restaurants!

BOB’s Lobster are going from being successful street food traders to launching a permanent site with a wine bar and kitchen unit in London Bridge station.

Their famous lobster and crab rolls will be on the menu but expect a whole lot more… still to be revealed!

Tester dishes have included fritto misto with nduja aioli, uni carbonara and tortilla chips and crispy salmon skin with whipped cod’s roe.

Wine will be local, with Bedales of Borough helping to stock the new space.

They’ll be opening at Unit Su 59, London Bridge Station, St Thomas Street, London SE1 3QX
