A brand new street food market is coming to London Bridge every Thursday and Friday
As if Borough Market up the road wasn’t enough, a new market is hitting London Bridge.
And obviously, we can’t wait…
KERB, the street food market bosses, who have been popping up all around London are launching a brand new hotspot tomorrow.
The new market will house six street food traders and will be open every Thursday and Friday from 12-2pm. Perfect if you’re in a rush or can’t handle the packed Borough Market spot.
Here’s a little more on each of the new stallholders…
These guys specialise in bloody good homemade gourmet burgers, from candied bacon burgers, jalapeño relish burgers to swiss cheese burgers.
If you love a bit of falafel, or even chicken Nazari have you covered with the best Middle Eastern cuisine.
A total switch up on burritos Korean style. Kimchinary’s are filled with slow braised “bulgogi” brisket or gochujang and sesame pork or chicken. For veggies, there’s a pretty good aubergine and ssamjang burrito too.
The Beefsteaks literally serve beef steaks. On the menu is their Butcher’s Steak Sandwiches and Steak Frites.
Called ‘Meat masterpieces’ by Time Out they also serve amazing triple cooked chips.
Wrap it up! Pick from masala chicken or paneer, coriander, pink pickled onions, a bit of chilli, coconut and coriander raita and a tamarind and date ketchup; all wrapped in a paratha flatbread.
More wrap goodness… but this time Greek style! Kalimera’s van offers chicken, lamb and halloumi wraps as well as moussaka and a salad option if you’re feeling healthy.
