Brick Lane’s Cocktail Trading Company is back with new wacky summer menu

Summer is hitting London, and so are the crazy cocktails!

Brick Lane’s Cocktail Trading Company is back with a really creative cocktail menu to keep you sipping all through the summer.

With 400 different spirits behind the bar, they’ve created some crazy displays including a moon landing themed drink ‘Jupiter’, and one which comes in a hot air balloon.

If you like a drink with a difference, you’re in for a treat…

Strained into an apple, the ‘Jack Rose’ is 1 part Jack Daniels, 1 part Jagermeister banoffee, 1 part ginger-redbush gelato all served in an apple on a tree stump.

Whilst the ‘Scofflaw’ is 3 parts Glenmorangie Lasanta, 2 parts Paloma sherbet, 1 part Pomegranate and sesame pruno, 1 pinch pink peppercorn & mint, and features a photo gallery on top of the glass.

Try a proper punch with 2 parts Amaro di Angostura, 1 part Bacardi Rum, 1 part almond-lime sherbet, 1 rolling wave house ginger ale, all served in a sea shell.

The ‘Bosom Caresser’ sounds as good as it tastes, served with a doggy treat, 3 parts Cocoa butter & hazelnut Old Forrester, 2 parts Toasted banana and brioche cream, 1 part Walnut-vanilla essence.

The new cocktail menu is available now with all cocktails arepriced at £9.50.
