Celebrate Canada Day with poutine, tourtière and maple syrup cocktails at Little Social

Celebrate all things Canadian in style!

Jason Atherton’s Little Social is transforming into a Canadian lodge serving poutine, tourtière and nanaimo bar for Canada Day.

The Mayfair spot will be renamed Little Social…Eh! for the occasion, with wooden signage, antler chandeliers, sheepskin and a deer head to celebrate the day… Standard!

Traditional Canadian dishes will be on offer with poutine made with chips covered in gravy and cheese curds, with the Little Social addition of maple-glazed morteau sausage.

There’ll also be tourtière, a traditional French-Canadian meat pie dish, as well as nanaimo bar topped with custard flavour icing and chocolate.

Canadian cocktails are also on offer using signature local ingredients. There’s The Maple Leaf Old Fashioned made with maple syrup, Canadian whisky, coffee bean bitters and orange zest.

There’ll also be the chance to try the Bloody Mary-esque Caesar with vodka and clamato juice (a blend of tomato juice and clam broth) mixed with hot sauce and Worcestershire sauce. Yum!

Visit Pollen St, Mayfair, London W1S 1NE, open 29-30 June, 1-3rd July, and the first Monday of each month.
