Strawberry Ice-Cream Negroni

Exmouth Market’s neighbourhood bar and restaurant Coin Laundry is known for its seasonal British food, local beers and classic cocktails.

Its Strawberry Ice-Cream Negroni conjures up the flavours of childhood summers, and is a delicious blend of Beefeater Gin, Campari, Dolin Dry Vermouth, Monin Strawberry Syrup, Strawberry Ice cream and garnished with a pink grapefruit slice (£9).

Negroni Bianco

A twist on an iconic Italian classic, Oslo’s Negroni Bianco takes the artisanal and complex Ocho tequila, and combines with aromatic Luxardo Bitter Bianco and the kick of Martini Extra Dry – garnished with a slice of pink grapefruit, to make up a unique and refreshing cocktail, perfect for the summer months.

Located in Soho’s Golden Square, Graphic Bar boasts London’s largest gin hoard with over three hundred world-class gins.

Graphic Bar’s cocktail menu features an herbal spiced pumpkin and aromatic rosemary with East LDN Liquor Co gin. The Pumpkin Spiced Negroni is made up of East LDN Liquor Co. Batch No. 1 gin, Aperol, Cocchi Torino, pumpkin, rosemary, salt (£9.50).
