Knight’s Bar at Simpson’s in the Strand
Tucked away upstairs at Simpson’s in the Strand, the Knight’s Bar is a haven for gin-lovers.
Many of the cocktails feature gins created exclusively for Simpson’s in the Strand; London Dry Gin by Portobello Road, a traditional London Dry with a strong juniper backbone and artichoke notes.
For World Gin Day the bar will be serving a gin variation on the classic Bloody Mary; the ‘Red Snapper’ includes Simpson’s bespoke London Dry Gin, lemon juice, signature Bloody Mary mix, tomato juice with touch of delicious beef gravy that is used for Simpson’s signature roast beef.

Pink Pepper cocktails at Graphic Bar
To celebrate World Gin Day, Graphic Bar, in Soho’s Golden Square, has teamed up with Pink Pepper Gin to create an ‘Afternoon in Segonzac’ cocktail which will be available on the day for £6 (with a DrinkUp London digital pass).
The cocktail is inspired by General Manager of Graphic Nico Pradella’s trip to the small town of Segonzac in the Charentes region of France; the flavours of Beetroot, basil and chamomile are reminiscent of an afternoon spent sipping gin in tranquil French gardens.

Perfect Serve G&Ts at Ask For Janice
Ask for Janice is a laid-back bar and restaurant with an emphasis on local produce, foraged ingredients and gin, with 39 perfect serve G&Ts on the menu. Grab a window seat under the leafy canopy of hanging pot plants, and watch the bustle of Smithfield Market go by with a G&T in hand.
