Kebab specialists Maison Bab kicks off on Sunday 2nd February, which will offer bottomless shawarma for its special new Graze-en-Bab Sundays.
A Sunday lunch with a difference, the aptly named ‘Graze-en-Bab’ will offer unlimited pork shawarma carve with all the garnishes, plus free flowing cocktails.
Elevating the kebab, the shawarma carve will be 15hr slow cooked pork, caramelised on hot charcoal, and served on a freshly baked flatbread with garnishes of pickled cucumbers and Chermoula mayonnaise.
For two hours, diners will enjoy endless shawarma, all knocked back with bottomless cocktails, including the Espresso Babtini (Jungle Super-Brew, 42 Below Vodka, Kahlua), Bacardi Cuatro Daiquiri (4-year-old Bacardi Anejo rum, with lime & demerara sugar syrup) and Martini Blood Orange spritz.
These modern kebabs fuse classic dishes from the kebab heartlands of the Middle East with global influences and fine dining techniques. Top quality ethical produce is at the centre of their food.
