St Pancras Brasserie and Champagne Bar by Searcys have announced a new breakfast menu with twelve different egg themed dishes.
The menu celebrates British eggs with guests able to order anything from coddled duck egg with Scottish smoked haddock and spinach, to runny eggs with Marmite soldiers.
There’s also a fried duck egg with chorizo and potato hash plus of course a classic Full English.
Searcys’ Executive Chef Colin Layfield has also created the option for guests to choose whether they’d prefer free-range Old Cotswold Legbar hen’s eggs or a deliciously rich Clarence Court duck egg.
This breakfast is available from 7-11am daily (except Sundays) and you can pair with a glass of Champers or a Bloody Mary. Perfect.
