Duck & Waffle have created a special one-day-only menu for International Waffle Day
International Waffle Day is nearly here!
On March 25th the world recognises the fluffy, buttery dish, which is just as at home served as a main meal or as a dessert. To celebrate, Duck & Waffle has created a special, one-day-only menu.
As well as the restaurant’s eponymous duck and waffle dish – a duck leg confit and fried duck egg with mustard maple syrup – Executive Chef Tom Cenci has created a sweet and savoury menu in Duck & Waffle’s signature playful and innovative style.
Choose from Foie Gras with marmalade and pork crackling, Ox Cheek Benedict with hen’s egg and Sriacha or Smoked Salmon Royale, with hen’s egg and horseradish and chive for main.
For something sweet try the brand-new iteration of the classic Full Elvis: the ‘Spring Fever Elvis’ a combination of rhubarb, blood orange, lemon tea jam, almond butter and mascarpone Chantilly.
The full a la carte menu will still be available, so diners can celebrate International Waffle Day with one waffle dish or more from the limited edition menu whilst experiencing the delights of the classic menu.
