Up In My Grill are launching a two month takeover at Streetfeast’s Hawker House

Up In My Grill are launching a two month takeover of the Slider Bar at Streetfeast’s Hawker House, showcasing burgers made with the same rare-breed Yorkshire beef as their renowned streetfood steaks.

Running every Friday and Saturday until Christmas, the extended residency follows the success of the trader’s four week popup at the same kiosk in the Canada Water dining hub earlier this Summer, and is a celebration of top-quality British beef and the sustainable value of nose-to-tail butchery.

Visitors to Up In My Grill’s new Slider Bar takeover can tuck into the team’s special burger of the week, such as the spicy smoked bacon burger with jalapeño relish, American cheese, aioli and pickled chilliesthat was so popular at this year’s #NationalBurgerDay, and the British roast-inspired beef gravy burger with Ogleshield cheese and mustard mayo.

Topping combinations will rotate fortnightly, and diners looking to pimp their burger even further can choose extra “add-on” options like artisan hot sauces and charcoal short rib.

The signature 120g tender and juicy patties will be handmade on site using beef from the same grass-fed British rare-breed cows as the steaks on the menu at their regular stall in Hawker House, which will be located right next door to the popup slider kiosk.

Up In My Grill’s takeover of the Slider Bar at Streetfeast’s Hawker House will launch on Friday 20th October, and run every Friday and Saturday until Christmas, alongside their British steaks menu that is served in the adjacent streetfood stall.
