National Burger Day 2017: Here’s all the best burgers you HAVE to try! 🍔
Thursday 24 August 2017 is National Burger Day by Mr Hyde, and we can’t wait!
The staple date in the calendar gives burger lovers 20% off a selection of juicy nibbles, by just downloading the voucher.
As always there’s a plethora of restaurants and pop ups taking part, with some really tasty options on the menu.
We’ve rounded up some of our favourites below, so you can get eating…
The smoked BBQ gods at Hotbox are offering The Dutty Swine. A two-hander it’s bound to get you hungry.
The burger is made of a beef patty, pulled pork, pickled jalapeño topped with BBQ sauce burger. Irresistible.

To celebrate National Burger Day the Number 90 team have come up with the Big 90.
This meaty whopper consists of a double beef patty, chicken, lettuce, tomato, fried egg, blue cheese, bacon, smoked cheddar, all topped with fried onion rings. The burger is priced at £16, and if guests can consume the whole thing in less than 8 minutes they get it for free!

Jude’s Ice Cream Parlour
Something a bit sweeter for those who’ve had enough of the traditional meat flavours could go for this black coconut ice cream burger.
Jude’s are famous for their iced treats and are offering Black Coconut ice cream, sandwiched between a toasted, black brioche bun. The burger will be finished with freshly sliced mango, a lime juice glaze and coconut curls.

This Liverpool Street spot is offering a Katsu curry fried chicken burger. For £16 you can dig into this special, which comes with Asian slaw, pickled ginger and mayonnaise.
If that doesn’t impress you, there’s also the Capitan Hook, with a seaweed bun, deep fried haddock in lemonade batter, lettuce, tomato & seaweed tartar sauce.

Getting in the sprit of things, Honest have unveiled a new special.
The Tennesee is “Beef, smoked bacon, double American cheese, onion ring, French’s BBQ sauce, Memphis mayo and lettuce.
The mayo is homemade, and has a smoky, spicy and sharp taste with jalapeño, cornichons, Worcestershire sauce, mustard and smoked paprika. It’s £12.95 with rosemary salted chips.

This Kickstarter campaign is off to a flying start with a ethos of being an “100% plant-based burger company”.
But, until the main store is launched, The Vurger Co are offering a play on Tikka Masala burger titled The Vanilla Black Vurger.
It’s Tikka Masala curry patty topped with candied chilli and mint yoghurt.
