Singha Beer has teamed up with Andy Oliver for a Thai cook-along where YOU become head chef!

Get ready to turn up the heat!

Singha Beer are hosting a Thai cookalong class with Andy Oliver, MasterChef finalist and Head Chef of London’s acclaimed restaurant, Som Saa.

Andy will be hosting three classes on the evenings of 18th, 19th and 20th September at the Cactus Kitchens, London.

He’ll be demonstrating how to create mouth-watering dishes, ideal for sharing, including Som Tam (green papaya salad) and a classic Thai curry.

As well as cooking, students can expect to learn everything from kitchen prep, to the importance of using the freshest ingredients to make delicious and flavoursome food, perfect for pairing with Singha Beer.

Guests will be treated to an intimate culinary experience while sipping the sweet, earthy and spicy flavours of Singha Beer, the original beer of Thailand, crafted perfectly to complement Thai cuisine.

Students will get the chance to enjoy their freshly prepared meals with Andy Oliver whilst they cook! Yum.
