Yes, San Marzano tomato, sausage, oregano, prosciutto, mushroom and oozing egg all on a sourdough pizza base is going to be your new best friend as Jason Atherton’s Hai Cenato launches its weekend brunch menu next week.
The restaurant is a brand new new York and Italian styled restaurant and bar, mixing up the traditional brunch offering.
The restaurant will launch a selection of other New York Italian-inspired brunch dishes including the Primo sale, Italian watermelon, 36 month prosciutto, mostocotto, Chargrilled puffball mushroom, slow poached egg, rosemary focaccia, dragoncello hollandaise and Cacio e pepe eggs, smoked mackerel, butter poached potatoes, flat parsley.
Plus Toasted sourdough, fried Arlington whites, Nduja jam and Chargrilled maple cured bacon steak, fried green tomatoes, parsley frittata.
