This London restaurant is transforming into a Bollywood film to celebrate Indian and Thai cuisine

Don’t miss the Bollywood Extravaganza at Mango Tree this January!

For those who know their Mughal-e-Azam from Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge, Mango Tree will be transformed into a Bollywood film on the 14th of January 2018. Mango Tree.

The Thai restaurant in the heart of Belgravia, will be stepping into the vibrant world of Indian national cinema. The celebrations will start at 6pm with a three course menu, inspired by both Indian and Thai cuisine and culture.

Famous Bollywood films will be shown throughout the evening, alongside performances from Bollywood dancers and a DJ playing into the night.

Upon arrival, guests will be greeted with a Mango Lassi and guided through to their table where the three course menu awaits.

Diners will be presented with dishes in a sharing style, including; deep-fried king prawns with mango raita; corn-fed chicken tikka skewers and aubergine tempura with red curry dipping sauce for starters and chili paneer curry served in a pineapple boat; southern style lamb shank curry and yellow Thai style chicken curry all served with jasmine rice, for the main course.

Mango Tree is an award winning restaurant located a short walk from Buckingham Palace in the heart of Belgravia, serving contemporary and authentic Thai cuisine.
