You have to try MEATliquor’s Christmas Burger with FIVE birds inside…
Sometimes, more really is more… Especially THIS Christmas burger.
MEATliquor are launching a Christmas burger inspired by something called the Turducken.
Basically, it’s a duck inside a chicken inside a turkey. YES IT’S MENTAL.
With the help of Michelin starred chef Tom Kerridge MEATliquor have taken the legend a step further creating the Burgducken. The new burger has FIVE birds in one as there’s pigeon and pheasant involved too! Fancy.
Scott Collins, the co-founder of MEATliquor, said it’s a “delicious set of edible meaty Russian dolls”. A pretty good way to describe this must have.
Oh, and if the five birds weren’t enough there’s also pork belly inside the patty, topped with a Brussels sprout coleslaw, and a brandy cranberry mayonnaise. MEATliquor will then pour their very speical XXXmas Pudding Ketchup all over and dash with a handful of pigs in blankets.
Want it? You’ll find it at their King’s Cross restaurant from November 27th, before it’s rolled out across all their venues from December 4th.
