YO! Sushi are celebrating all things vegan in January!

Japanese street food and sushi restaurant YO! is going meat-free…

To celebrate Veganuary – a month of meat and dairy-free eating YO! has extended its plant-based menu and launched new vegan dishes available for £2.80 this January.

For both vegan eaters across the UK, and those who want to kick-start their New Year resolutions by joining Veganuary, YO! will be launching some more tasty plant-based dishes that pack a punch.

These include the Green Gyoza, spinach dumplings filled with veggie goodness and Agedashi Tofu, a delicious hot tofu dish with daikon, ginger, spring onion and topped with Ponzu sauce at 86 kcal!

The ‘it’ vegetable of the year also makes an appearance as YO! introduces Spicy Cauliflower to the menu – crispy cauliflower marinated in a light spice, garnished with red chilli and spring onions.

These menu newbies will make up the extensive 10 vegan and 25 veggie friendly plates on YO!’s ‘MAKE IT at YO!’ resolution menu, such as tasty Vegetable Yakisoba, popular Pumpkin Katsu and PETA’s Best Vegan Curry winner, Tofu Katsu Curry.

YO!’s £2.80 menu will be available Monday to Friday from the 1st-19th January and available at selected sites throughout the UK.
