Battersea Power Station is getting in the Christmas spirit with lights and festive activities!

Battersea Power Station is getting very festive!

Their winter festival ‘Light Up Winter’ brings a month-long series of fun and festive activities.

Events include LED hula hoop discos, beer tastings, wreath-making sessions, personalised candle-making sessions and so much more.

There’s also an interactive Christmas tree installation reaching over 7m in height that allows visitors to trigger an animated light show. The structure has been designed to allow people to explore underneath it, revealing a more immersive and interactive spider-web shape.

To kick it all off they’ve switched on thousands of lights shining along the new riverwalk and a giant interactive Christmas tree against backdrop of the iconic chimneys of the power station.

There will also be live music every Thursday and Friday evening and Saturday and Sunday afternoons from the end of November to the middle of January, with a range of soloists and duos playing their best upbeat tunes under Grosvenor Arch and on the Piazza.
