Wimbledon fever is upon us! It’s not just the strawberries and cream on offer, either!
Yes, Wimbledon Tennis Championships kick off on 3 July running until 16 July 2017 with spots across London getting into the swing of it.
There’s Wimbledon-style events, tasty new tennis treats and viewing parties all to enjoy during the season of tennis.

Wimbledon ARTea Afternoon Tea
Lancaster London has released an ARTea Afternoon Tea special which includes a Wimbledon inspired menu.
Enjoy the views of Hyde Park as you sip on a glass of Champagne whilst indulging in Lancaster London’s smoke salmon and citrus cream cheese granary pinwheels followed by summer berry and traditional scones, served with strawberry jam and clotted Cornish cream. Tasty.
There’s also Lancaster’s lemon tennis ball tart with a Centre Court strawberry macaron plus a Pimms cupcake.
The tea is available from Wednesday 28 June until Sunday 16 July, and priced at £35 per person with the option of adding Champagne (£45) or Rose Champagne (£50). Book online here.
Mac & Wild’s Unofficial Murray Fan Zone
Mac & Wild will be turning the outside bar terrace at Mac & Wild Devonshire Square into an ‘Andy Murray Fan Zone’. The terrace will be dressed head to toe in Wimbledon attire in support of their favourite Scottish hero Andy Murray.
Mac & Wild will be serving up a dedicated Wimbledon Murray Menu featuring a variety of ‘Wimbledon Serves’ including Jugs of Mac & Wild’s very own Highland Summer Cup (whisky pimms), Scottish Strawberries and Cream, Venison Scotch Eggs served on ‘grass courts’, and back by popular demand – the ‘Murray Mound’ Burger.

Canary Wharf’s ‘Ace’ Creams
Canary Wharf and Greedy Goat are pairing to release four ‘ace’ cream flavours… Get it! Each flavour is styled after different Wimbledon aspects: The Champion’s Cup, Murray’s Mint Flavour, Strawberries and Cream plus Game, Set & Match Flavour.
Game, Set & Matcha is a British Earl Grey flavoured ice cream covered in matcha sauce, garnished with mini fondant rackets and a tennis ball, then served in a green sprinkled waffle. While the Murray’s Mint, a mint and caramel swirl flecked with grass-green sprinkles to represent the lawn of Centre Court, honours Britain’s number one player.
The ice creams are available from Monday 3 July – Sunday 16 July 2017 (except Sunday 9 July when there is no play at Wimbledon), starting at £3 from The Grandstand, Canada Square Park, Canary Wharf E14.
The Dorchester’s Wimbledon Champagne Afternoon Tea
Expect Wimbledon-inspired desserts like the Wimbledon tennis ball layered with Japanese biscuit and raspberry-strawberry confit as well as traditional finger sandwiches and a glass of champagne from The Dorchester.

Fred Perry Cocktail at GNH Bar
To celebrate Wimbledon and honour one of its greats, the GNH Bar inside the Great Northern Hotel is adding a special to its menu.
Tthe Fred Perry cocktail features a refreshing mix of gin, cucumber, lemon and basil with sweet vanilla, strawberry and elderflower and served in a tennis-ball shaped glass, this cocktail is sure a hit this Wimbledon season.

Drake & Morgan’s Strawberries & Crème Cocktail
Drake & Morgan’s Strawberries and Crème Cocktail combines Tanqueray gin, crème de fraise, lemon juice, egg white and fresh strawberries.
Created with the idea of Henman Hill’s signature afternoon snack this cocktail is the a treat to get you in the mood to everything tennis-related.

Big Screen On The Green in Fulham
Big Screen on the Green will serve up screenings of Wimbledon’s semi-finals and finals on super-sized LED screens.
Guests will be able to enjoy summer sundowners created by several of the world’s top mixologists, a Pommery Champagne lounge, acoustic music and entertainment, world class food stalls with an elegant picnic area and a family fun zone as well as pop-up shopping experiences.

PAUL’s Wimbledon Sweets
French bakery and patisserie PAUL is serving up two special treats throughout the Wimbledon season.
There’s the Tennis Choux at £3.95, where you can enjoy juicy strawberries and sweet crème patisserie sandwiched between a choux pastry bun and dusted with icing sugar.
Or you can try the Tennis Ball Tartlet at £2.95, and enjoy sweet shortcrust pastry filled with a zesty lemon cream.

Your own Wimbledon Court
The Colton Arms in Barons Court are decorating the restaurant with tennis balls, a popup Sipsmith and Pimms bar in the garden serving summer cups, G&T’s and cocktails, a mini tennis court, an outdoor TV, and staff dressed in Boris Becker outfits for the entirety of the tournament.
They’ve also turned the garden into a mini tennis court, painting lines on the floor to really make guests feel like they are courtside. A takeaway menu will be available throughout meaning those lucky people who have tickets can enjoy some of the specials on offer including strawberries dishes, and refreshing summery cocktails from the popup bar.

Aviary’s Sweet Wimbledon Dessert
Enjoy the London skyline while also celebrating this year’s Wimbledon at Aviary’s rooftop bar.
