The BFI Flare festival is back to celebrate all things LGBTQ+

Celebrate every colour of the rainbow at the BFI Flare festival!

Offering by the best new and classic LGBTQ+ films from around the world, BFI will once again put on a month of special events to celebrate everything LGBTQ+.

The festival is split into different sections, and there’s something for everyone with screenings of reflections on art, politics and community alongside a chance to catch up some queer hits from the last year and ‘by popular demand’ titles from the Festival.

Top picks include ‘Postcards from London’, which will close the festival. It’s an electric spin on what it’s like in Soho, powerhouse Aids drama ‘120 BPM’ as well as Becks which sees Tony award-winning Broadway star Lena Hall shines as a musician with a broken heart who finds herself back in the hometown she left behind.

Visit the BFI Flare website for the whole programme and more information about tickets.

Flare Festival runs at the BFI Southbank from March 21st – April 1st.
