A three-day celebration of food, fitness, music and wellbeing is coming to London
Fancy celebrating the best of fun fitness and wellbeing with the odd glass or two of prosecco?
Then Balance Festival is right up your street… If you’re part of the 85% of the population seeking a little more wellbeing but on your own terms this is for you!
Taking place at The Old Truman Brewery in London from 12th – 14th May; it will bring together fun-loving foodies, fantastic fitness trainers, awe-inspiring yogis, and most importantly, real people with a quest to enjoy life.
On the food front, there’s mouth-watering menus designed by some of the UK’s best chefs and healthy restaurants. Discover the medicinal properties of wholefoods with Dale Pinnock ‘The Medicinal Chef’ and savour healthy food-to-go with Stephanie Johnson’s Pollen + Grace.
The avo-crazy are in for a treat with Avo Kitchen, solely serving gourmet variations of avocado on toast. For the particularly ravenous, you can’t beat a good burger – healthy and hearty from the BGR Shop.
Working up a sweat means you’ll be thirsty, with premium protein brand Neat Nutrition providing post workout replenishment in their Refuel Café. You can also pull up a stool at the deliciously different dairy free MXLK Bar, and Ozone Coffee Roasters will be sharing their insights on the best nut milk pairings for your coffee.
If you’re moving onto something a little stronger, there’s prosecco and oysters and the best in artisan gin.
Get hands on at the festival too with the chance to master the art of healthy cooking in the Live Cooking Theatre. Expect plant-based workshops from Bettina Campolucci of Bettina’s Kitchen, learn all there is to know about fermented foods with Irena Macri of Eat Drink Paleo, or find out how to use turmeric three ways with The Flexi Foodie, Julie Montagu.
Be introduced to a whole host of London’s best fitness offerings, from Another Space, Equinox and Barry’s Bootcamp to Boom Cycle, F45, Xtend Barre and Triyoga.
Plus they’ll be meditation offerings from Vedic Meditation expert Will Williams and inspirational talks on everything from body image to self-empowerment.
Once you’ve mediated and worked out, there’s lady DJ duo Smoking Guns, Aina Roxx, DJ Q, Lola and Jesus to bring the part with live music sets.
