A London tube themed hotel is now open!

Mind the gap… as you jump into your comfy hotel bed!

A tube-themed hotel has opened in west London , and it’s not to be missed. Why bother getting squashed on the Central Line when you could re-live all the best bits of travelling via train in a hotel room?

The Ibis Styles Gloucester Road had a refurbishment, reopening in early April with a whole new Tube-themed interior including themed memorabilia, and your very own themed carpet!

Don’t bother with the night tube, just hop into your own room with ‘Mind the gap’ carpet in each of the 84 rooms, giving you your own private tube platform!

When you enter, vintage tube posters line the walls of the budget hotel, and coloured District and Circle lines run along all of the corridors.

Pillows are printed with travelcards and a ‘southbound’ sign hangs in the dining room.

There’s a load of tube memorabilia around plus guests have been advised to keep an eye out for mini tube logos and station names tucked away throughout the hotel.

Visit Ibis Styles Gloucester Road, 110 Cromwell Road, SW7 4ES.
