Film4’s Summer Screen is back in London with classic films on show!

Somerset House’s outdoor cinema is back this August.

Enjoy an evening at the iconic Somerset House watching a film as the stars come out, while nibbling on popcorn and a few ciders. Perfect!

The films are carefully-curated with contemporary hits, cult favourites and red-carpet premieres, presented under the night sky.

All the films in this year’s festival line-up reflect on the theme of ‘dreams, fantasies, nocturnes and reveries’. The selection features inspirational stories of ambition, freedom and equality, celebrations of love, nostalgia and desire, and some of the most fantastical narratives and scenery ever seen on screen.
