A BBQ pop-up is coming to London Bridge with free burgers while you play video games!
A “fun and slightly bonkers” BBQ pop-up is coming to London Bridge.
The Monster Hunter Meat Shack is launch to coincide with the launch of video game Monster Hunter: World (on PS4 and Xbox).
It’s a pop-up BBQ restaurant that sees diners share meat platters or burgers of epic proportions, served from a humungous meat spit, all for free while they play the new game.
The experience mirrors that of the game, where players hunt giant and ferocious creatures before carving them up to create their armour gear or cook their findings on a BBQ to restore their health.
Out front, there will be a BBQ spit that’s over 8 foot tall and 8 foot wide to roast what’s likely the biggest hunk of meat you’ll ever see!
Humungous platter of meat or a giant burger, sides and a hunk cheese (of course), a giant skull (to scale) of one of the game’s iconic monsters, outside of the venue and fully immersive interior that mirrors that of the game (think Jurassic Park meets a pirate ship…).
The Monster Hunter experience runs from Thursday 25 Jan – Sunday 28 Jan at Flat Iron Square, 68 Union St, London SE1 1TD. Get your free tickets here.
