Byron teases new Autumn menu with new sauces, blue cheese and port jam!

It’s time to sample Byron’s new Autumn menu!

The burger chain recently rebranded and now there’s a new menu to match their refined look.

The new menu research took their team to Kentucky in the US, the home of Bulleit bourbon, BBQ flavours and sweet American desserts.

They’ve revamped Byron classics like The New Byron, which now comes with a slice of bespoke Byron cheese and enhanced Byron sauce.

There’s also fresh new menu additions, like Le Bleu – featuring juicy beef, Fourme d’Ambert blue cheese, red onion & port jam. Plus, a Byron original is back – skin-on chips, and they now come with EVERY burger!

And if that wasn’t enough, you can dig into the Vanilla Chess Pie. It’s a bespoke custard tart, that is paired with thick vanilla whipped cream and a sweet Bulleit bourbon caramel sauce. Yum!
