Don’t miss Skylon’s Seedlip Supperclub with three-course menu and non-alcoholic cocktails

Skylon will be hosting an exclusive supperclub this January!

In collaboration with Seedlip on Tuesday 29th January it’ll including a three-course menu paired with non-alcoholic cocktails.

Starting at 7pm, a delicious three course menu by Head Chef, Helena Puolakka, will be served alongside a series of expertly-paired Seedlip non-alcoholic cocktails, offering guests an exclusive and sumptuous gastronomic experience to share with friends and loved-ones.

On the menu you will find a starter of var salmon ceviche with pickled apple, fennel and dill oil served with a herbal Tea Time Cooler, a stunning blend of Seedlip Garden 108, iced green tea and rhubarb syrup.

For the main course, Helena has created a special dish of caramelised guinea fowl with pink fur potatoes, January king and sauce bigarade. Beautifully paired with a 1542 Vintage, a mix of Seedlip Grove 42, verjus, honey and cold soda, this citrus tipple complements the guinea fowl perfectly.

The dessert comes in the form of a delicate saffron poached pear with black tea cremeux paired with a Hedge Your Bets cocktail, a blend of Seedlip Spice 94, grapefruit juice, lemon juice and seasonal preserve.

This exclusive dining experience is the perfect treat during dry January, inside a restaurant boasting breathtaking views of London and the River Thames.
