Claiming to be the first superfood café of its kind and championing the mighty avocado, Avobar is serving up green pancakes on Shrove Tuesday!

But… in a twist there is no avocado in the pancake, just matcha tea powder. The pancakes are served with a knob of melting avo-butter and your choice of either a sweet or savoury topping. Channelling breakfast vibes, you can choose between a sticky caramelised banana with maple syrup, or crispy bacon with a fried egg.

Get ready for not one but two stacks of joy this Pancake Day, as Mac & Wild bring a taste of the Highlands to London with the supreme Ben Haggis pancake mountain and The 8 Stack Mac.

Mac & Wild will be serving up Scotland’s finest delicacies, with a sixteen layered pancake tower of Haggis Mac and Cheese for main course and finishing with an decadent deep fried mars bar pancake stack, covered with a Whisky Caramel Sauce, for the ultimate indulgence this Shrove Tuesday.

Guests can indulge in TLBD’s ‘The Fuck F***off Pancake Platter’, complete with stacks of pancakes and tiers of toppings including caramelised almonds, marshmallows, whipped cream and chocolate buttons, served on a silver platter and topped with chocolate ganache, to satisfy everyone’s sweet tooth.

While the fountains of prosecco and dripping sauces flow, TLBD’s resident DJ will be playing club classics from throughout the ages. A special collaboration to celebrate pancake day, artisanal drinks brand Fentimans have teamed up Vegan blogger ‘The Little Blog of Vegan’ to create a deliciously sweet and sharp Gin and Valencian orange tonic drizzle to be served over light and fluffy vegan pancakes.

The special pancake drizzle is made with beautifully sweet Valencian oranges and infused with Lemongrass, perfectly rounded with a hint of quinine for a refreshing and aromatic glaze to be gloriously drizzled over delectable vegan pancakes.

Transporting diners to the heart of South America, Kensington’s latest in-the-know restaurant, Zuaya, presents dynamic flavours of Latin America with a distinctive edge.
