A guilty pleasures food festival is coming to Kings Cross in London

Get strawberry milkshake filled doughnuts and curry sauce chips at this dream of a food festival!

The team from KERB are back bringing a brand new food festival with a twist… This time, guilty pleasures!

Titled “It’s Only Arctic Roll, But I Like It”, it will feature all those weird and wonderful mixes of food you never thought anyone else would actually enjoy.

Think crisps in a sandwich with an upmarket twist…

The pop up will run from Friday July 21st – Saturday July 22nd and will be housed in the Handyside Canopy in King’s Cross, with some of KERB’s best and most creative traders taking part.

There’s going to be fish, chips and mushy peas in a Kolkati Indian paratha with a curry pouring sauce on the side, strawberry milkshake filled doughnuts courtesy of Vicky’s Donuts, Only Jerkin’s ‘chicken and waffles with a twiss’ with cream soda battered fried chicken and ‘Old School’ crisp sandwiches with coronation chicken and ham hock from Project Sandwich.

Also on the menu is Other Side’s smoked honey butter-slathered fried chicken, crispy bacon and pickled blueberry buttermilk pancake bun, plus much more.

There will be a craft beer bar and cocktails on offer ranging from the Pina-KERB-Lada to the W-KERB-D’s. It’s not just food and drink either, they’ll be live cover bands, nostalgic DJ’s and even a Jane Fonda 80’s aerobics workout. Excellent!

“It’s Only Arctic Roll, But I Like It” will take place at Granary Square, King’s Cross, N1C.

You bring the rum, I'll bring the raspberries. Perfect daiquiris all round.
