A 1930s tube train is taking a journey through London next month…

Toot toot… All aboard!

A beautifully restored 1938 tube train is making a journey through central London next month, and you can be on board!

You can swap your regular commute for a trip on a genuine 1930s art deco tube train and it’s all down to the London Transport Museum’s upcoming heritage vehicle outing.

Two trips will take place on Sunday, March 17: one from Northfields, running non-stop to Upminster; and the second will leave Upminster and make the journey to Acton Town, via Baker Street and Rayners Lane.

Tickets cost £40 (£35 for concessions), you can purchase them from the London Transport Museum website.

You bring the rum, I'll bring the raspberries. Perfect daiquiris all round.
